  1. Registration opens at 8:00am. A $20.00 fee will be collected at the door if the delegate or alternate is not pre-registered. A $10.00 fee will be collected from each guest.
  2. Call to order at 9:00am
  3. Presentation of Colors, Pledge of Allegiance and the Star Spangled Banner
  4. Invocation
  5. Reading of the official convention call
  6. Motion authorizing the Chairman to appoint a Parliamentarian, Sergeant-at-Arms, Tellers, Pages and Timekeeper
  7. Motion authorizing Chairman to appoint the following committees: a. Credentials b. Convention Arrangements c. Search/Nominations d. Rules e. Constitution (This motion is to confirm the appointment of committee members who have been serving in preparation of the Republican Party of Wright County Convention)
  8. Motion to make the temporary organization permanent
  9. Adopt portion of Rules to seat Delegates and Alternates
  10. Credentials Report – 9:15am - To establish that a quorum has been reached. *
  11. Filling of delegation vacancies by alternates
  12. Adopt balance of Rules
  13. Address of the Chairman of the Republican Party of Wright County
  14. Introduction of Republican Party of Wright County Executive Committee
  15. Election of State Central Committee Delegates and Alternates – 9 each – 2 year term
  16. Finance Report
  17. Report of the Constitution Committee
  18. Vote of Constitutional Changes, if any
  19. Search/Nominations Committee Report for Executive Committee Officers
  20. Election of BPOU Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Finance Chair – 2 year term each.
  21. Election of Regional Leaders – 2 year term each
  22. Other Business as needed
  23. Adjournment (approximately 12:30pm)
 
What is the Minnesota Republican Party Platform?
In the Republican Party of Minnesota there is a Standing Platform where resolutions you submit at the precinct caucus can modify, replace, delete, or add content to the platform.

Anyone who attends the Republican Precinct Caucus will have the opportunity to submit resolutions that other attendees of the Precinct Caucus will vote on and pass where Republican Delegates in Wright County will again vote on and pass unto the Congressional District Convention, and finally to the State Convention.

In addition to informing the general public and constituency of news, events, and happenings as it pertains to the Republican Party of Minnesota in Wright County, this site is also intended to be a source of information for those currently involved with the Republican Party.
